Founder & CEO

Alessandro Conti

Alessandro founded Luminova Real Estate after more than 15 years in property investment between Milan, London and Dubai. He started the company with a simple idea: international buyers deserve the same honest, data-led advice a local investor would get.

Since moving to Dubai in 2012 he has advised hundreds of families and investors on prime residential, off-plan launches and income-producing portfolios across Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Business Bay.

Today he leads a multilingual team of consultants and RERA-licensed brokers, and still personally oversees every major acquisition the company handles.
